Privacy Notice
Effective August 26, 2026
This notice explains how AilienX handles information when you visit ailienx.ai. It applies to this website, its forms, default-on analytics and advertising measurement, and your opt-out controls.
Information the site handles
Our hosting and security providers process routine request data needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include your IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. They may use strictly necessary security cookies. Form requests also use a short-lived, pseudonymous anti-abuse token derived from network and browser request signals; the token does not contain the raw IP address.
After a stored HVAC application, the site sets a signed, strictly necessary, HttpOnly application credential for up to 14 days. It protects the scheduling handoff and lets this browser withdraw a pending Meta server event without putting the receipt or credential in a URL. It is not used for advertising delivery.
Google Analytics 4 is active by default unless you turn off analytics or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. It may collect page views, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, traffic source, scrolling, and interactions such as outbound link clicks. Google Analytics may store a first-party _ga cookie to distinguish visits.
When analytics is active on the HVAC Revenue Leak Scan page, AilienX also stores a limited first-party campaign record in the website database. It contains a random session identifier, timestamp, campaign and ad attribution tags, landing-page and scheduling-step names, and whether a Meta click identifier was present. It does not store the Meta click identifier itself, your name, email address, or Calendly form answers. An explicit decline or Global Privacy Control prevents new records.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, message contents, or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics. The site records contact-link engagement only as a location on the page and a general contact method. After a successful First Contact submission, the site may record a non-identifying lead event with a form name and general source when analytics is active. Form answers are not sent to Google Analytics.
When AilienX has connected its AilienX-owned Meta measurement sources, the site may send page and browser form events to Meta by default unless you turn off marketing measurement or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. A stored-lead server event is sent only after you explicitly enable marketing measurement and may include a one-way hashed version of the work email you supplied so Meta can attribute the event. The browser and server use the same opaque event ID to prevent duplicate counting. Free-text form answers, revenue bands, software choices, and qualification decisions are not sent to Meta.
If you submit the First Contact form, AilienX receives the information you provide. That can include your name, work email, company, role, company website and size, the workflow you describe, people or systems involved, desired outcome, timing, and how you found AilienX. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or personal information about other people.
An HVAC Revenue Leak Scan application can also include business profile ranges, residential-work share, technician and location bands, field-service platform, unsold-estimate status, participation and capacity answers, timing, and campaign attribution fields. AilienX uses these answers for human fit review; a submission or booking does not imply qualification.
How we use information
- Deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- Understand aggregate website use when analytics is active.
- Measure the HVAC path from landing page to scheduling.
- Improve the clarity, performance, and usefulness of the site.
- Evaluate fit and respond when you contact AilienX.
- Maintain an operational record of First Contact requests.
- Attribute an HVAC application to an advertisement when marketing measurement is active and configured.
AilienX does not sell website or form information. Google Analytics data is not used by AilienX for targeted advertising, and optional Google account data-sharing settings are disabled for this Analytics property. Meta measurement, when active and connected, is used for campaign attribution and delivery measurement.
Your marketing-measurement choice
Meta Pixel and browser campaign measurement are active by default when the required AilienX-owned Meta configuration is present. Turning off marketing measurement stops future browser measurement; server conversion measurement that uses a hashed work email is sent only after you explicitly enable marketing measurement. Declining does not prevent you from reading the site, submitting an application, or receiving a human response. You can change the choice below at any time.
Current choice: Active by default
When you withdraw this choice, the site removes Meta scripts it controls, clears controllable _fbp and _fbccookies, and stops future browser and server measurement requests from this site. Events already received by a provider may remain subject to that provider's retention and legal obligations.
Your analytics choice
Google Analytics is active by default unless you turn it off. Your selection is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change that selection below at any time.
Current choice: Active by default
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect measurements but should not prevent you from reading this site.
Service providers and retention
AilienX uses service providers for website hosting, security, business email, form relay, database storage, Google Workspace, Calendly scheduling, Google Analytics, and Meta measurement, which are active by default unless a visitor opts out. First Contact requests are relayed to separate records in an AilienX-controlled Google Workspace spreadsheet through Google Apps Script and may generate an email notification to AilienX. When the campaign database is enabled, HVAC Revenue Leak Scan applications are stored directly in an AilienX-controlled database hosted with the website infrastructure rather than in that spreadsheet. If an visitor opens the embedded Calendly scheduler, the site can record scheduling-step events when analytics is active. A Calendly scheduled-event signal indicates that the embedded scheduler reported a booking; the authoritative booking remains the appointment in Calendly and the connected AilienX calendar. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics data is retained according to the AilienX property settings and Google's applicable policies. First Contact and HVAC application records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations. Meta measurement events are subject to the connected AilienX property settings and Meta's applicable policies.
